Description

The Waxahachie Junior Service League’s annual “Christmas Market” fundraiser presents “Sparkle & Sleigh.” This includes 3 different times to experience our Christmas Market. Friday Morning is Mimosas at Market, Friday night is our VIP Party including Taste of Ellis County and our Saturday all day Market. “Sparkle & Sleigh” will take place on Friday, December 3rd and Saturday, December 4th, 2021, at the Waxahachie Civic Center. During these tough economic times, we need your partnership more than ever to help alleviate some of the hardships that Ellis County’s women and children are currently facing. All donations and monies raised go directly into the Ellis County community, and we need your support to help make the event a huge success! About Waxahachie Junior Service League: Each year we donate to various organizations throughout our community, as well as sponsor the WJSL Community Service Scholarships which are given to Ellis County High School Seniors. WJSL members volunteer their time on a weekly basis at several non profit organizations whose main focus is on local women and children. WJSL members volunteer approximately 2,500 hours of service each year as a whole. About Sparkle & Sleigh Christmas Market, Mimosas at Market and our VIP Party • Approximately 3,500 people attended the two-day event in 2019. Following state and local guidelines, we were able to raise over $101,000 for local charities in 2020. • Our vendors offer a variety of products with unique inventory including: *gifts*clothes for women/men/children *jewelry *baby items *gourmet food/mixes *home décor *handmade products *Christmas decorations and so much more. We truly strive to have something for everyone. Mimosas At Market is held on Friday Morning, it offers a more intimate shopping experience where attendees can enjoy mimosas and breakfast bites, while enjoying the earliest bird shopping. • VIP Party and Taste of Ellis County is held on Friday night where attendees can enjoy cocktails and hors d’oeuvres, all while they shop our unique vendors.
