Hello!

Easterbrook Discovery School is a K-8 public school serving around 1000 students and their families in the Moreland School District of West San Jose. We are seeking sponsorships and in-kind donations for our annual Walk-a-Thon and Silent Auction which will take place on November 5th, 2022. Proceeds from this fundraiser support the enrichment and community-building activities that make EDS extra special: Art in Action, Living History Days, Movie Nights, Performing Arts, Family Dance, and the International Faire, to name a few. It will also allow us to properly thank our wonderful teachers and leaders of our school by funding our ever-important Teacher Appreciation events.

A community-minded business like yours is the key to the success of our event! In return for your tax-deductible contribution, we will help increase your business’ visibility within our community in the following ways:

- Your business/donation will be recognized in our auction catalog.
- Your business/donation will be featured on flyers posted at school in the weeks before the auction, in emails to families, on our school’s event website, and on display at the Walk-a-Thon.
- If you choose to sponsor the event, your business name/logo will also be printed on the back of each walk-a-thon shirt (Large logo- $500, Medium logo- $300, Small logo- $150). These shirts are worn on and off campus year after year whenever our students, staff, and families display their Husky pride!

Certificates can be emailed to EDSDonations@gmail.com. Physical items can be picked up by a parent volunteer or mailed to the following address (preferably by October 15, 2022):
