I am writing to you on behalf of the Eastern Montgomery County Chamber of Commerce.  On June 2nd, we will honor community leaders at our annual awards celebration at the beautiful North Hills Country Club.  We expect over 100 guests.

We are hoping that you might be willing to supply us with a prize for a raffle basket.  Gift certificates are always popular, and all donations would be very much appreciated. 

Money raised at the event through the raffle will benefit the Chamber as we strive to improve our community during these challenging times. With our programming, we work to enhance communication among non-profits, business, education, and government leaders. To accommodate our programming for 2022, the usual festivities were moved from the fall into the spring season.

All contributors’ names will be listed at the event and in our program booklet.  Your contribution is not deductible as a charitable contribution for Federal income tax purposes, it will provide great advertising because our emails about the event go to over two-thousand addresses.  Our nonprofit designation is 501(c)(6), and our tax ID is 23-1718862.
