Tri-Fit Women’s Ministry is a women's health and wellness non-profit organization, taking a whole person approach to physical, emotional, and spiritual wellness.  This year Tri-Fit is excited to be offering a new branch of the ministry, The Restore Program for Women! Women will have the option of participating in a weeklong intensive program or a weekend retreat style program. Each program will offer sessions to encourage, support, and educate women on the importance of self-care. 

We understand that women can better succeed in their roles within their homes, in the workforce, and in their communities when they have the education and support to better take care of their overall wellness.
 
Our benefit auction and dinner will be held October 14, 2021, where our guests will enjoy special speakers, testimonials, and an amazing dinner.

Our online auction will go live October 7th and last year it reached almost 2,000 people!  The online auction will end at the end of the benefit dinner.
