The Great Swamp Watershed Association (GSWA) invites you to be a part of our Gala Celebration and Silent Auction on October 18, 2022, at the Brooklake Country Club in Florham Park. This important fundraising event generates approximately one-quarter of our annual revenue which enables us to conduct and expand our water quality monitoring and environmental education programs while preserving and stewarding our land.

This year’s theme is Environmental Justice with keynote speaker, Olivia Carpenter Glenn, Chief of Staff and Senior Advisor for Equity at US Environmental Protection Agency. What is Environmental Justice? It is based on the principle that we all have the right to be protected from environmental pollution and to live in a clean and healthy environment. Unfortunately, this is often not the case, especially in New Jersey’s urban communities. Ms. Glenn will focus on improving the quality of life for communities that are underserved and overburdened with pollution.
