I am writing on behalf of the PTA for South Orangetown Community Elementary Schools. We will be hosting our Annual Ladies Night Out Dinner and Tricky Tray on 5/12/22. The funds will be used to enhance the lives, education and experience at our schools by providing free events for families (like our fall carnival and boo bingo), assemblies for students, teacher grants, and cultural events, just to name a few of our programs.
We would greatly appreciate any donation you can make. Should you make a donation for the tricky tray, your business will be recognized on displays at the event, as well as in the school newsletter and PTA Facebook page. We will also provide a donation receipt letter with the PTA’s tax exempt ID number for your records. Donating for this event is a great opportunity to promote your business while demonstrating your goodwill to hundreds of families in the Orangetown area.
