Dear Community Member,

Midstreams Elementary School is hosting its annual gift auction on May 6, 2022 at the Waterview Pavilion in Belmar, New Jersey.  We are writing to you in hopes we can count on your support!

These are challenging times for us all, and we hope you’re in good spirits and health! Right now, we are doing everything possible to continue to provide funding to our school, students, faculty and staff.  In times like this, we are reminded of how interconnected we all are.  It is with the support and kind generosity, such as yours, that we can help our children flourish.  We hope that you will consider donating a gift certificate or gift basket item to our event.  Sponsorship opportunities are also available in detail in the attached form.  Any monetary gifts are greatly appreciated and can be made out to: Midstreams PTO.  

We estimate approximately 325 guests will be in attendance.  In acknowledgement of your generous donation we will recognize you in our event program and event communications. 

The Midstreams PTO is a non-profit organization which has a 501(c)3 tax status, therefore your donation is eligible for a tax deduction.  Our organization’s tax exempt number is 22-2538392.
