I am reaching out to you on behalf of Lakeside Elementary, a 501c3 school in Coppell, TX.

Our annual Lakeside Elementary School Silent Auction will be held Feb 5, 2022. This fun event is now online for the 3rd year and brings students, families, and community members together. The Silent Auction is our source of raising funds to benefit the children of Lakeside Elementary, while providing a fun event for the community. The funds go directly back to the children by helping the school purchase technology, programs, materials and staff development that are not in their budget.

We would greatly appreciate your generous support this year by contributing a donated product or service by you and your talented staff!

Your donation will be made public via our online newsletter/website and social media. You are also welcome to add any signage, brochures or merchandise to make your donation display more attractive. which ensures more exposure for YOUR business.

If it is within your company's means to donate an auction item or monetary gift, it would greatly benefit our school. The donation deadline is January 15th, however, we are happy to come and collect the items as soon as possible. The objectives of Lakeside Elementary PTO are as follows:
a. To promote the health, safety and welfare of children in school and community.
b. To develop between parents and educators, united efforts that will secure for all, the highest advantages in physical, mental and social education.
c. To cultivate the closer relationship between parents and teachers in the education of children.
d. To be organized for the educational purposes including the enhancement of, and contribution to, events which affect Lakeside Elementary School, Coppell, Texas.
