The Arc-Solano is excited to host its 4th Annual Sprout Film Festival on Sunday, September 18, 2022.  Sprout focuses exclusively on films that celebrate the diverse lives and creativity of people with developmental disabilities.  It challenges assumptions and breaks down stereotypes. We will watch a variety of short films, including spoken poetry, music videos, scripted narratives, and documentaries. Our event will also include a silent auction, refreshments, and a no-host bar.
