Hello. St Benedict's Parish in Phoenix, AZ is holding its annual BBQ & Boot Scoot event on November 3, 2023 and is requesting an in kind donation from your organization.

Your donation will be part of the silent auction during our fall dinner fundraiser event for our families and neighbors to gather for food and fellowship while raising funds to help support our ministries and outreach programs to the local community.

If needed, this request can be submitted on church letterhead as well as the organization's 501c3 W9 can be provided via email.

Your sponsorship will be displayed during the event as well as in communications advertising the event. Thank you for your consideration.
