This year's Buddy Walk is the first one we have been able to have in over three years due to the Covid-19 crisis. We are very excited to see all of our families and the community who love and support our loved ones with Down Syndrome. Our Buddy Walk will be help Saturday September 9th at the Midd-West Middle School in Middleburg PA from 12 to 4. In the past we have had over 300 people on average attend our walk, and with the addition of several new families, we hope for an even higher number this year! 

     The Buddy Walk was established in 1995 by the National Down Syndrome Society to celebrate Down Syndrome Awareness month in October and to promote acceptance and inclusion of people with Down Syndrome. It has grown to be the world's largest and most recognizable Down Syndrome awareness program. Our Buddy Walk is setup like a community carnival with inflatables, a DJ, snacks, t-shirt sales, face painting, balloon artist, crafts, and a huge Chinese Auction.
