St. Rose of Lima Catholic School in Schulenburg, Texas was founded in 1889 and is the only accredited Catholic school in Fayette County serving students from pre-kindergarten through eighth grade. Schulenburg is a rural Texas community located halfway between Houston and San Antonio, known for the painted Churches and kindhearted hard working people. St. Rose of Lima School’s mission is to be God’s Presence to the world, developing excellence through Jesus regardless of gender, ethnicity, or religious denomination.

At St. Rose of Lima, we are in the midst of preparing for our annual Gala, which will be held on March 4, 2023 and will feature dinner, dance, silent and live auctions. The annual Gala is attended by over 200 guests and raises over $70,000 for our school- thanks in main part by generous donors and sponsors that make the event a success.
