I am writing on behalf of the Helen H. Hansen Elementary School PTO in Stoughton, Massachusetts.  Our school is attended by approximately 280 students ranging from kindergarten to grade 5.  Our biggest fundraising community event of the year is our annual Spring Carnival, geared towards the 280 students who attend our school and their families.  While our Spring Carnival is free to attend we do have various raffle items and silent auction items that our families can bid on.  The funds raised at our carnival supports enrichments for our students, pays for classroom supplies, and ensures that each of our students get to attend a field trip each year at no cost to them or their families. 

We would greatly appreciate any donation you can make.  Our records indicate that you generously supported our carnival in 2022 with a donation and we would appreciate it if you would consider continuing your support of our event.  Our PTO’s tax-exempt ID number for your records is 04-2977510.
