The Hornet Hive Booster Club at North Kansas City High School in North Kansas City, Missouri is holding our annual Bingo fundraiser on Saturday, December 2 at Chicken N Pickle.

Thanks to the generous donors, last year we raised almost $3,000 at this event and hope to raise even more this year. While ticket sales make up most of the revenue raised, we also award prizes to each bingo round winner and hold a raffle. Donated items will be used as the bingo round prizes and for raffles.

Hornet Hive is dedicated to fostering a strong partnership among North Kansas City High School parents, teachers, staff, students, alumni, and community members, all united in our mission to support and enrich the experience of every student. We oversee membership drives, fundraising initiatives, and activities that promote school spirit and volunteerism. It's important to note that every dollar raised by Hornet Hive directly benefits the school's sports teams, clubs, and activities. Nearly 80% of North Kansas City High School students participate in a sport, club, or activity.

Last year, Hornet Hive made an impact by providing support for various initiatives, including Tournament Expenses, Teacher Appreciation, Golf Team Equipment, Books, Bulletin Boards, and the Multicultural Festival. Additionally, we extended assistance to several student groups, such as the Orchestra, Black Student Union, Boy's Golf, Robotics, TSA, and Speech & Debate teams.
