Description

To whom it may concern,

Texas Tactical Jeep Club would like to invite you to donate to our National Jeep Go Topless Day event on May 20, 2023. Each year we host the West Texas Jeep Go Topless Day event. This year we have chosen The Permian Basin Rahab Center as the local nonprofit we are raising money for. During the event we expect over 150 families (about 450 people) to come out to the Big Sky Drive-in Theater in Midland, TX to celebrate. We will have giveaways, a raffle drawing, and a silent auction to raise money. All proceeds will be donated to The Permian Basin Rehab Center.

Texas Tactical Jeeps is a nonprofit 501C7 and would appreciate any donations. Some ideas that would be beneficial are gift cards, tools, Jeep related items, home decor, camping gear, guns, hunts, game tickets and more. Anything you would be willing to donate would be appreciated and used to raise money for our non-profit. We also accept monetary donations as well.

The Permian Basin Rehab Center is the Permian Basin’s only comprehensive, non-profit, multidisciplinary rehabilitation facility that provides speech, physical, occupational therapy and hearing/audiology services. Since 1953, the Permian Basin Rehab Center (PBRC) has served thousands of patients of all ages and abilities who find themselves in need. As with any medical treatment, therapy can be costly. As a non-profit organization, the PBRC offers a Sponsorship Program along with social worker services to help ensure that no one is turned away based on inability to pay or limited access to transportation. The Sponsorship Program is made possible through community donations and fundraising efforts throughout the year. All funds raised remain in the Permian Basin providing direct services to our families, friends, and neighbors in Odessa, Midland and 32 surrounding counties. Any family or individual may be touched by an emergency or debilitating physical condition at any time. Their goal is to provide intensive one-on-one, compassionate, life-changing therapy treatment to benefit the entire Permian Basin.

If you choose to donate, we will advertise that you are a donor on Facebook, Instagram and at the event. If you need a receipt for tax purposes, please email us and we can provide that as well. We would like to have all donations collected by Saturday May 13, 2023. We will accept donations in person, through email or through mail. Thank you for your support.
