Dear Friends and Supporters,

The Gloucester City Softball and Little League will be hosting a fundraiser (Jan 21st) to help raise funds for our next upcoming season. We can only achieve our goals with the assistance of our generous sponsors, support members, league families and the business community. Our fundraiser allows Little League and Softball to support over 600 children who sign up each year and provide them the opportunity to thrive within a positive youth sport environment.

We are a 501c3 non-profit recreational youth baseball organization dedicated to the task of promoting and enhancing the culture of baseball and softball in Gloucester City. We strive to develop players at all levels of play, ages 4-13 by building and improving their skills, confidence, fitness, initiative and a sense of teamwork. We are committed to developing coaches to the highest level through a quality instructional program. We promote and encourage high standards of sportsmanship and fair play. We continue to accomplish our goals each year with the continued support from our friends, family and supporters.

Our goal this year is raise funds for our next upcoming season. Our league needs to replace our older worn out equipment such as helmets, bats, balls, bases and snack stand equipment. This will allow our players to play with up to date, safest equipment available. A large portion of our donated support will go towards our efforts to fund family hardship expenses. We aim to support 40+ families each year with registration, cleats and free team pictures.

A donation from you or your company would be very appreciative, and the support would extend our efforts and help achieve our goals. To show our appreciation of your generous donation please send some marketing materials or logo so that we can showcase your company accordingly. We will also show our support for your company by sharing your generous donation via social media blasts, our invitational fliers and table / event signage.
