Dear Owner/Manager,

I am writing to you on behalf of the Mesa Water Polo banquet and raffle fundraiser to be held on August 20, 2022 at Val Vista Lakes Clubhouse in Gilbert, AZ. We are looking for raffle items or goody bag items (total of 50) for this event. Attached is a letter from our organization with more information.

100% of the proceeds from the raffle will be used for tournament fees and travel costs. We will be acknowledging our generous donors publicly at the event. We will also display any promotional materials that you provide.
