I am a student at AJMLS. We hold an annual auction to support students entering the Public Interest field of law. This field of law is necessary because it allows lawyers to fight on behalf of marginalized clients. Next year’s auction will be held on Friday, February 17, 2023, at 6 pm at the Center for Puppetry Arts Center. We are asking for support from local businesses and would like you to consider supporting the auction.

Auction Information.

- This year’s auction is “Carnival” themed.

- We are anticipating roughly 200 auction attendees and would like to raise $15,000 for scholarship support. 

- We are a 501(c)(3) Non-profit organization; therefore, all donations are tax-deductible.

- All proceeds go directly towards the Renata G. Turner Scholarship fund, which is a scholarship given each year to students entering the field of public interest law.

School Facts

-AJMLS was founded in 1933 in Atlanta and was among the first southern law schools to integrate.  We will celebrate 90 years of providing a legal education to law students in 2023! (On July 27, 2023!) 

-We have a student body of about 300 students and over 50 faculty and staff.
