I am writing to you on behalf of the Pennsylvania Recreation & Park Society (PRPS), of which I am a member. PRPS is the principal state organization promoting quality recreation and park training, networking, and leadership opportunities for those studying, working, and volunteering in the industry. PRPS is a non-profit, 501(c)(3) membership association with over 2,000 members statewide.

The annual conference is on March 19 to March 22, 2023 which welcome over 400 park and recreational professionalo from all over PA. The conference offers over 50 educational sessions on a variety of topics from park planning, programming, outdoor education, conservation, event planning and more. All educational sessions, Keynotes, and general sessions offer CEUs. Networking oppertunites connect with other park and recreation professionals to share challenges, solutions, and ideas. Scholarships are offered to student and first year attendees that offer free or reduced conference registration.
