The Early College at Guilford (ECG) is hosting its annual dinner and silent auction fundraiser on October 28, 2023, to raise much needed funds for our school. This is our main fundraiser for the academic year, and we would love to have your support for our school.  Would your business be willing to contribute a gift basket, gift certificate, service(s) or corporate sponsorship for our silent auction?  Your business would gain the attention of ECG families and friends who are interested in patronizing your establishment/s.  Most importantly, you would be supporting high-quality public education in Guilford County, as ECG is the #1 ranked public school, magnet school, and STEM school in North Carolina, as well as Guilford County.

The Early College is a partnership between the Guilford County Schools and Guilford College which makes a positive difference in the lives of high school students by providing challenging educational opportunities that support academic development at the highest standards. Our school PTSA directly supports programs and activities for the faculty, staff, and most importantly, the students through funding for student activities, clubs, mini-grants, prom, graduation, etc.

We are grateful for any contribution you and your company can provide!  Our school is 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, making your donation tax deductible. Our tax ID number is EIN: 81-0589834.

Corporate donations were encouraged and there were several levels of corporate donations. Checks should be made out to Early College at Guilford PTSA.

Bronze – Up to $99 - named on auction brochure for the dinner

Silver – $100-$249 - Bronze level plus listing of name on PTSA website

Gold – $250-$499 - Silver level plus link on PTSA website to the business' website

Platinum – $500+ - Gold level plus business logo on PTSA website

We will need any donation by September 29th.  We’d be happy to pick up your item/s (if needed)-or you can drop off or mail to:
