Description

The Parent Teacher Organization of the Cedar Creek Elementary School in ISD 15 is sponsoring a Spring Carnival.  The Carnival is geared toward children in grades K-5 and their families. 

We have scheduled the Carnival for Sunday, April 30th, 2023.  Many of our 650+ students and their families attend the event.  They come primarily from the ISD 15 geographic area which includes St. Francis, Andover, Oak Grove, East Bethel, Wyoming, Bethel, Crown, Cedar, and southern part of Isanti County.


This Carnival is a major fundraiser for the PTO and our school. As such, we are seeking donations from community businesses for raffle and/or silent auction prizes. We are writing to ask that you please consider donating to our Carnival.  By donating an item, you will be making a tax-deductible contribution that will benefit the children and families of our community. With the donations provided by amazing businesses like yours, our post pandemic carnival last year was one of our best fundraisers yet! 

 

This year we will again be offering all cash prizes for our raffle drawing totaling $2000. We will be accepting cash donations that will help fund these prizes. We will also be accepting donations that will be up for bid during our silent auction.  If you are able to make a donation, we just ask that the donation is valued at $25 or more and with an expiration date of at least a year. If you prefer to make a tax-deductible cash donation to use towards this event, please make your check payable to Cedar Creek Elementary School PTO.  We always work hard to recognize businesses that support our school, and we do this by posting the names of our donors at the school on the day of the event, as well as through social media.  Our sincere hope is that your generosity will be rewarded by increased business from our Cedar Creek Elementary School families.
