We are the Denville Public Library, located in Morris County, NJ. We serve over 350 children in our public library's Summer Reading Program. One way to keep kids motivated to continue reading over the summer is through the use of incentives. We use a combination of donated books, donated prizes, free tickets, and other incentives to keep kids engaged with reading. All child participants -- regardless of how much or how little they are able to read -- are eligible to enter our free raffle prize drawings. The prize drawings create excitement and keep kids interested in our program, which in turn keeps kids reading. 

All our donors are prominently displayed throughout the library, on our social media, on our website, and in our weekly e-newsletters which are received by 1300 people.
