The funds raised by our online auction will go towards purchasing food for community members in need.  We are a donation and volunteer-based organization.  Our on-line silent auction will be visited by hundreds of local and non-local families and our goal is to exceed the $30,000 we raised last year. 

All donations will include the name of the person or company donating on our online auction. We will send out email blasts to the community via emails from the schools, community education and sports organizations. We will also be advertising in local establishments and on social media. 

The mission of The Westonka Food Shelf is to reduce hunger in our local community by respectfully providing nutritionally balanced food options to those in need. In 2022, Westonka Food Shelf served nearly 2,000 families, representing over 5,000 individuals and distributed over one million pounds of food.
