Dear Business Partner,
I am writing on behalf of Westran Parent-Teacher Organization to request a donation for our annual Spring Carnival and Silent
Auction, to be held on Friday, March 17th, 2023. At this event, attended by students, parents and community members, we auction
off gift cards, merchandise, and services generously donated by businesses like yours. The event proceeds will help pay for
additional materials educational support materials, educational field trips, and a variety of student events. Our goal is to provide the
most support for our students and teachers to promote academic success.
Our school is in the north-central region of Missouri. Westran educates close to 300 children in kindergarten through fifth grades,
and 72% of those children come from an economically disadvantaged home. This is the key fundraiser for our school. We would truly
appreciate your support and we are certain your donation or gift certificate will generate much excitement and success for our
event and for your business.

Donations need to be received by end of business on March 15th, 2023. Our 501(c)(3) non-profit tax-exempt ID number is 82-
