Description

On May 3, 2024, the St. Joe Grade School and parish community will come together to reaffirm our commitment to the educational mission of our grade school at the St. Joseph Grade School Auction. The auction is our biggest fundraiser and community party in support of our school and we are so excited to build on the success of our last auction in 2022 where we raised more than $100,000. St. Joseph Grade School is located in South Bend, IN in northwest IN.

Our theme this year is “Big Hats, Bow Ties, and Bourbon”  to tie in with the 150th running of the Kentucky Derby the next day. Let’s get dressed up in our derby best and celebrate the excellent Catholic education we are so blessed to have for our children. The dinner and auction will be held at Morris Park Country Club, and all proceeds from the event will be used to enhance the educational experience of our children with funds earmarked to improve our auditorium to allow for more theater opportunties as well as a major and needed upgrade to our security system around the campus.

To make this the best auction yet, we need your help! We hope you will consider supporting the event by donating an item for the auction and/or by becoming a sponsor of the event. After a six year hiatus, we brought the event back last year and received overwhelming support.

We are so fortunate to have a school and parich community that allows students to blossom academically, artistically, athletically and spiritually. Thank you in advance for considering our request to help make a difference in the lives of St. Joe children.
