To Whom It May Concern:

I’m writing to request a donation in support of Chicago Semester’s 2024 Awards Celebration: Charting New Directions. This will be held at Gallery Guichard on Friday, April 19th at 6:30 PM CST and is a significant opportunity to raise funds in support of our mission serving college students. 

Our organization works with college students from colleges across the Midwest. We offer these students an opportunity to learn here in the city by offering courses that focus on the Chicago experience, placing them in internships to gain real-world experience, and engaging them in life in the city. Through sponsorships, event ambassadors, a raffle and a silent auction on April 19th, we hope to raise $35,000 towards continuing safe, in-person opportunities in the city for these students.
