In collaboration with community partners, the Peggy Carnahan Elementary School PTA is
hosting our 8th Annual Fall Festival to raise funds to support Carnahan’s field trips and provide
enrichment programs throughout the school year. The fundraiser event will take place on
October 25, 2024, and will assist us in reaching our goal while also providing families and
community members with a fun night! As a Title I school, 75% of our students are considered
low-income and at-risk regarding school achievement. Hosting multiple fundraisers throughout
the year heavily burdens our already financially strained families, so this event is our school’s
sole fundraiser each school year. As a valued local business and community leader, we request
your support in making our Fall Festival fundraiser a success! If you would like to support
student success, please consider sponsoring our event in one or more ways:
Monetary donation (cash or checks made payable to Carnahan PTA)
● Names or company logos will be added to the back of our shirts for donations over $150
● In-kind donations used for our Silent Auction
● Small Prizes used for our games
● Vendor spot
We anticipate reaching over 500 students’ families through this event. Our mission is to make
every child’s potential a reality by engaging and empowering families and communities to
