Hello Friends of Fort Bend Family Promise,

The board of trustees of Fort Bend Family Promise (FBFP) cordially invites you to be a sponsor at our 4th
Annual 2024 Celebrity Waiters Dinner (CWD), scheduled for Saturday, November 2, 2024 at Dia Amore
Villa. Our goal is to raise crucial general operating funds for students who are temporarily experiencing
homelessness with their parents and/or family members. Our request, our goal, our target is:

• To support a multitude of services (i.e., housing, meals, case management, etc.) and
• To help “Raise The Roof” for needed general operating and support services

Families experiencing homelessness can have a profound impact on the community in which the business
and community operate. Despite the best efforts of leaders from our community, and area partners,
homelessness is still on the rise. Current economic conditions with day-to-day living costs rising so much
faster than wages cause the hardworking and job seeking residents we serve to fall victim to a vicious
downward economic cycle. Many families never thought they would find themselves needing the services
we offer.

Our West Campus location in Rosenberg, Texas is in need of general operating funds towards its new build
and renovation project which is designed in mind to allow FBFP to serve more family’s annually and by
allowing our professional staff to serve our residents in a more efficient, effective manner. This will cycle
more residents through our shelter program and back into sustainable housing, many with new employment
and financial literacy skills learned during their residency.
FBFP humbly requests your assistance in meeting a campaign goal of $10,000,000. Your partnership will
support the modernization of our innovative homeless shelter campus designed to serve the increasing
needs of our growing community, our large service area, and Fort Bend County for many more years and
beyond.

Your support will play an important role in the event’s success. We hope you will agree to join us. We will
share a delicious dinner with music by Grammy award nominee country singer, Steven Cade and serving as
Masters of Ceremony from the hit series ‘Walker”, Mr. CeeJay Joseph. We will also have a Live and Silent
Auction.
