The Centennial High School Band Department is holding our Coffee House event on Friday, April 12, 2024. This annual event showcases the talents of our band members in a way no huge concert performance allows. Students choose their music and create their own duets, trios, and ensembles. The performances are terrific and everyone is so proud of their hard work. The parent Booster Club orchestrates this event as a fundraiser, to support our Centennial Band program. Fulton County funding does not cover the funds to bring in sectional instructors, nor provide enough quality instruments for all of our members. The Booster Club fundraises throughout the year to provide the supplemental funds that make our bands excellent. Community businesses can support our efforts by donating products and services for the silent auction that takes place during the Coffee House. We will be continuing the gift card raffle this year after the very positive feedback we received from last year’s event, so gift cards are welcome. Over 150 parents and community members attended last year, and we hope to increase that number this year.
