The Community Impact Gala is an event attended by Scouts, Scouters, community partners, business supporters and others who are interested in investing in the youth of the Illowa Council. The dinner is a catered affair that provides the opportunity to contribute directly to Scouting in the 13 counties in Western Illinois and Eastern Iowa. Illowa Council also enjoys the opportunity to publicly thank its volunteers and donors, as well as recognize 2023’s Eagle Scouts.
