Community HousingWorks’ annual DreamBuilder Gala will take place on Thursday, September 12, 2024, at Humphreys by the Bay. We will be shining light on community, sharing inspiring stories of success from residents and the broader communities we serve. All funds raised from 2024 DreamBuilder Gala: Shining Light on Community will support CHW’s resident services and programs under our three pillars of Next Generation Success, Financial Wellbeing, and Health and Wellness, all to help CHW residents build futures.  

At CHW, we believe housing is a platform for success. Success not just for residents, but for the larger community. For more than three decades we have provided safe, stable, affordable homes within quality, healthy apartment communities where residents can improve their financial well-being, actively participate in a resident-engaged community, and have access to programs and connections based on their needs and community assets. We serve working families and individuals, as well as seniors and people with disabilities who are living on fixed incomes. By providing access to opportunity, we empower people to achieve life-changing goals for themselves, their families, and the broader community.
