I’m writing on behalf of the Pattie Elementary PTCO to request a donation for our Family Bingo Night scheduled for April 26, 2024. At this event, we expect over 300 Pattie students and their families. We will be playing rounds of bingo and the winners will receive generously donated prizes from businesses like yours. The event proceeds will help pay for field trips for our students, fun family events, and support for our teachers and staff.

We would greatly appreciate any donation you can make. If you make a donation for the Family Bingo Night, your business will be recognized on our social media channel, our linktree, in our school newsletter, and in event publicity. We’ll also provide a donation receipt letter with the PTCO’s tax exempt ID number for your records.
