The Oxbow Creek Elementary Parent Teacher Organization is hosting its annual Family Fun Night for the community on Thursday, April 25, 2024. Our Family Fun Night provides a chance for parents and students to come together for an evening of carnival games, entertainment, food, and a silent auction*. Every dollar raised will go directly to offering better learning opportunities for the students at Oxbow Creek, including:

• The purchase of additional Chromebooks, increasing the productivity and efficiency of students in completing mandatory assessments and providing additional opportunities for teachers to enhance and customize everyday learning.
• Student educational experiences via lyceums, allowing students to be part of unique and interactive learning experiences in the areas of art, music, science and history.
• Funding for mini-grants, providing teachers and specialists with the opportunity to purchase items or materials that enhance the learning environment and student experience.

We are asking local businesses for donations of gift cards, merchandise or experiences to be auctioned off during the silent auction. This is a great marketing opportunity for your business and a great help to our school! We typically have between 1,000 and 1,500 parents and students in attendance and all contributions will be recognized in promotional materials and in the auction item listing. Would you be willing to donate something awesome?
