OF KERN COUNTY , INC.

Dear Supporter,

The Alzheimer's Disease Association of Kern County (ADAKC) is excited to announce our annual

Heart Never Forgets Gala, taking place on November 22nd at the Bakersfield Country Club. This

event is not just an evening filled with music and community; it's a chance to make a real impact.

We're thrilled to feature performances by local stars Jim Ranger, a top contestant on NBC's "The

Voice," and his brother Jon Ranger, promising an unforgettable night!

For the past ten years, this gala has been our largest annual fundraiser, providing essential funds

to sustain our services. These funds ensure that families across Kern County continue to receive

the support they need. ADAKC is the only local non-profit offering an Adult Day Program specifically

for individuals on their Alzheimer's and dementia journey. Our program includes specialized care,

engaging brain stimulation activities, and a full-service kitchen. Additionally, the resources we

provide to caregivers are made possible through the generosity of our donors.

Together, we can make a difference in the lives of over 12,000 individuals diagnosed with

Alzheimer's or related dementia disorders in Kern County and their families.

We would greatly appreciate donations for our silent or live auction at this event. As a non-

profit organization and licensed day program with over 40 years in the Kern community, every

dollar raised stays local to support our mission and help more families on their Alzheimer's

journey.

We hope to count on your support and look forward to building a rewarding partnership.

Thank you,

Cornelio Gutierrez-Lozano
