This is the inaugural Spring Fling event hosted by the Biomedical Preparatory at UTSW Parent Teacher Organization (PTO). We are a new PK-8th grade Title I campus in the Dallas Independent School District. We have been open since August 2022 and serve mostly economically disadvantaged students.

This year, we will host our first Spring Fling Family Dance and Silent Auction on April 21, 2024 at On The Levee.  We anticipate approximately 300 guests at this event. We want to provide our students, families, and staff members with an exceptional social function to have fun, make memories, and fundraise for field trips, guest speakers, supplies and more.

To make this event as exciting and extravagant as we hope, we will need your help. The silent auction planning committee would appreciate donations of any size or amount. Please consider our event by donating gift certificates, merchandise, or services. In exchange you will receive excellent community exposure and advertisement. Your company name, address, phone number, website and contribution will be posted on our social platforms (Facebook, IG, X), framed on the PTO website, listed in the school newspaper and digital auction brochure that we will send to our members and local media prior to the auction.

We would greatly appreciate any donation you can make to help support our school. We will gladly pick up your donation or it can be mailed to Biomedical Prep PTO at the address provided in the letterhead. In order for your donation to be considered for the digital auction brochure we must receive it by: April 1, 2024.
