RR Fund LLC in partnership with Envision Lead Grow will be hosting their 2nd Annual Wealth and Wellness Retreat January 25-27 in Scottsdale, AZ.  

Participants will be immersed in a captivating educational experience with our robust and dynamic speakers, interactive and engaging sessions, and live entertainment. 
All activities have been strategically curated to align with the 3 program areas:

ENTREPRENEURSHIP: WORKSHOPS led by experienced industry leaders to guide our women executives and established business owners to achieve their next level of goals.
FINANCIAL EDUCATION: WORKSHOPS are driven to help educate and empower women to feel comfortable with money while learning essential tools to invest and develop wealth.
MENTAL & PHYSICAL WELLNESS: Mental and physical wellness are equally important components of overall health and can impact our quality of life and professional performance.

MESSAGE from The Founder

All it takes is faith the size of a mustard seed to start a movement, and the RR Fund is just that — an influential, evolving movement. 

As a firm believer that we must always attempt to lift as we climb, on my flight back from Ebony Magazine’s Power 100 honoree award ceremony, I dreamed of bringing women of color and allies together to learn the fundamentals of wealth and translating the conversation into action.

The RR Fund was born as a lab where we discover, challenge, and grow our perspective of the “almighty dollar.” The RR Fund Investment Club is comprised of a group of altruistic women from various backgrounds and different levels of financial education and goals who have a demonstrated desire to help others — especially those owned by women of color owned businesses, through a lifetime commitment to apply what we’ve learned to empower women financially. We are 100% focused on improving our relationship with money and closing the race & gender wealth gap worldwide.

Our members have a strong wealth mindset, some financial knowledge, and a desire to network with and support each other. We also consistently exemplify the Club’s Core Values: Commitment to learn & share, a heart for service, demonstrated financial responsibility, and a consistent Investment of Time in the Club – the Club will not be successful in its mission if our members are not active!

The RR Fund Wealth and Wellness Retreat will allow us to explore our relationship with money deeper and all aspects of wellness. We are creating a model to spark a
fire throughout this nation and seeking partners committed to bridging the wealth and gender gaps. As a valued community leader and organization, we would like
