I am reaching out on behalf of St. Patrick Catholic School, a registered 501(c)(3) co-ed private PreK-5 elementary school that is part of Mecklenburg Area Catholic Schools - a feeder to Holy Trinity Catholic Middle School and Charlotte Catholic High School. It is located in the heart of the Dilworth neighborhood of Charlotte, NC with enrolled students residing in both NC and SC, is open to children of all faiths and backgrounds, offers a dedicated program designed to provide integrated education to children with Down Syndrome, and hosts monthly service projects to give back to the community.

We would love the opportunity to partner with you on our 2024 Silent Auction, our largest annual fundraiser that engages over 200 families from our school community. This year it is being held on November 9, 2024 at a local golf club with online bidding starting 1-2 weeks prior. 100% of funds raised will go to enhance classrooms, provide essential student supplies, support teacher education and development, create enriching experiences for our students and much more. 

In exchange for marketing your business to our engaged community through various channels, we kindly request a fully tax-deductible donation from your company. This could be in the form of a unique experience, camp, membership, merchandise, item, rental, service, swag, or other that you offer.
