The Arkansas Forestry Association Education Foundation (AFAEF), a 501(c)(3) organization, will be holding a silent auction fundraising event in conjunction with its 79th Annual Conference set for October 8-10, 2024, in Hot Springs, Arkansas. The mission of AFAEF is to inform individuals, companies, schools, students, and others of the importance of maintaining quality management of forests and the importance of the forestry community to the people of Arkansas. Programs such as landowner education and assistance, Project Learning Tree, Teacher Conservation Tour, and Log-A-Load-For-Kids are supported by the Foundation.  All the funds raised from this event will be used to support the continuation of these programs within our state.
