Description

The Middlesex Community College (MCC) Foundation is grateful to the community for the generous support the college has received over the many years since its founding in 1970. The Foundation is dedicated to raising funds for scholarships to provide for students in need. We are so excited for this year’s Celebrity Forum featuring the legendary Dionne Warwick, to be held on Thursday, April 25th at the Lowell Memorial Auditorium featuring MCC student achievement and raising funds for vital student scholarships.
The Middlesex Community College Foundation is proud to host an evening of music with six-time Grammy Award-winning music legend and 2023 Kennedy Center Honor recipient Dionne Warwick. In addition to performing, Dionne will sit down with MCC President Phil Sisson to answer questions about her decades’ long career and her life spent supporting humanitarian causes including health access, AIDS awareness and disaster relief.
Included in the evening’s festivities are a raffle and silent auction, with proceeds benefiting MCC student scholarships. For this, we are asking for your help. Please consider donating a gift basket, gift cards, sports memorabilia, bottle of wine, or other item. All donors will be highlighted in the event program and on our website.
Please note that all in-kind donations made to our spring event silent auction/raffle, are tax-deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law. The Middlesex Community College Foundation, Tax ID #04-2973384, is recognized as a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization by the Internal Revenue Service.
Celebrity Forum sponsorships are also available. Sponsors and their guests are invited to a private reception and catered dinner at the Lowell Memorial Auditorium, prior to the event; in addition, some sponsorships include additional tickets for general seating. For more information, please contact Sherri McCormack, Dean of College Advancement, at 978.656.3034 or via email at mccormacks@middlesex.mass.edu.
We appreciate your consideration in helping our students fulfill their educational and career goals through your support for the MCC Foundation’s Celebrity Forum. Your support is vital in helping to educate our students by providing an experience that promotes economic growth and the development of vibrant, engaged employees, partners, resources, and communities.
