Maddox J. Almeida was four years old when he was diagnosed with inner ear Rhabdomyosarcoma, who later lost his battle in 7 short months. The Maddox J. Almeida Foundation was created in memory of our sweet boy.

When Maddox was diagnosed, we received an outpouring of support and love, more than we could have ever imagined. Our goal with this foundation is to provide financial assistance to families of children diagnosed with cancer and alleviate just one of the many burdens they are facing.

On behalf of the Maddox J. Almeida Foundation, I would like to personally invite you and your company to make a difference in the lives of families with children diagnosed with cancer. 

Our annual fundraising event, “Unleash the Power of Support”, will be held on March 9th at Our Lady of Light Band in Fall River.  We would greatly appreciate if your establishment would consider donating an item to be used in our raffle during the event. In recognition of your gift, we would display your business name on our event presentation that runs continuously during the night.

We will gladly pick up your donation, or it can be mailed to The Maddox J. Almeida Foundation at 157 Fieldstone Lane, Fall River MA 02720 by February 23rd, 2023. We thank you in advance for your consideration and gratitude.
