Dear Business Partner,

I am writing on behalf of Westran Parent-Teacher Organization to request a donation for our annual Spring Carnival and Silent Auction, to be held on Friday, April 12, 2024.  At this event, attended by students, parents and community members, we auction off gift cards, merchandise and services generously donated by businesses like yours.  The event proceeds will help pay for additional materials, educational support materials, educational field trips, and a variety of student events.  Our goal is to provide the most support for our students and teachers to promote academic success.  

Our school is in north-central Missouri.  Westran educates approximately 350 students from pre-K through 5th Grade and 72% of those children live in an economically disadvantaged home.  This is the key fundraiser for our school.  We would truly appreciate your support and we are certain your donation will generate much excitement and success for our event and your business.
