The Greenville Chamber of Commerce in Greenville, Texas will host our Annual

Auction on July 19, 2025. A portion of the profits raised assist in funding other 501(c)(3) charitable organizations that are members of our Chamber.  This is our way of giving back to our community in Hunt County.  We request that non-profits submit an application for the donation.  Then at our December Quarterly Membership Luncheon, where we honor our non-profits, we present the grant award to one of these organizations.

 Last year, the funds went to Four-18 Meals and Arm of Hope.  Four-18 Meals is committed to providing free meals to families in need.  This program is important because there are many parents in our community that need help feeding their families.  Four-18 Meals can alleviate some of this stress on parents by providing a free meal daily so their families will not have to go without supper.  Arms of Hope is a Christian care organization that assists children and single-mother families in need which is located on the Boles ISD campus.  Their single mothers come from homeless situations pertaining to drug/alcohol addiction, domestic violence or other economic issues.  They live on campus and pursue education while their children attend campus daycare or Boles ISD.  During this time, they provide counseling, case management, life skills and require church attendance

We would appreciate your consideration of a donation, which would be auctioned off the night of the event.  Normally, we have around 250 in attendance.  We would market your business and donation in social media posts and print as we advertise items of interest for our attendees.   

The Greenville Chamber of Commerce Foundation Inc. has established a 501(c)(3) for community events such as these, which allows the contribution to be considered a charitable tax donation. Our tax number is 75-2549223. For your tax-deductible donation, you will receive:
