every family succeeds." The Donley Awards provides us a wonderful opportunity to celebrate our fiercest champions and advocates. 
Community Services for Children is a leader in providing early education excellence and family services for the economically disadvantaged. CSC is the Lehigh Valley’s sole provider of Head Start and Early Head Start serving children from birth to five years old and their families. The
Early Learning Resource Center provides support to families seeking high-quality, affordable
childcare services. Through these programs, CSC serves over 20,000 children each year.
