2025 Blessed Sacrament School Auction
Gala/Party for Blessed Sacrament Grade School And Early Childhood CenterFeb 01, 2025 from 6:30 PM to 10:00 PM
I am reaching out to ask if you would be interested in donating to our school's auction again this year. Our school, Blessed Sacrament (BSS), is located in the West-end of Alexandria, VA.
The BSS annual auction is a vital fundraising event that supports our mission to provide a quality education that fosters the spiritual, physical, social/emotional, and intellectual growth of our students that creates an educated community to serve Christ and one another with integrity and respect. This event allows us to fund important projects and programs that enhance the learning experiences of our students, such as technology upgrades and scholarships and provides teachers with additional support through professional development, tools such as textbooks, and appreciation events.
The theme for this year’s auction is the “BSS Eras” to celebrate the school’s very special 75th anniversary and it will be held on Saturday, February 1, 2025. Your generous donation will not only help us raise much-needed funds but will also promote your business within our close-knit community. We recognize and appreciate the importance of local support, and we are committed to acknowledging your contribution in various ways, including mentions in our event program.
Your support means the world to us, and it plays a crucial role in shaping the future of our students. We are grateful for your consideration and your commitment to the community in our area. Your donation is tax-deductible; for your reference our Tax ID is 54-0970363. Please do not hesitate to email me if you have any questions about our school or the auction.
Thank you in advance for your generosity and support. We look forward to hearing from you and to a successful school auction. We are truly grateful for the support from our community.
Sincerely,
Jennifer
