APPLES is the PTO of Mt. Carmel Schoool, a K-6 elementary located in Franklin County, IN.  Our Spring Carnival is our largest fundraiser of the year, which then allows us to support various educational initiatives as well as provide school-wide programming for our students.  We proudly provide teachers with additional resources used for learning opportunities like subscriptions to Scholastic News, Story Works, National Geographic and provide additional resources for the classrooms.  This year, we’ve been able to provide funding for transportation for all student field trips, bring anti–bullying programming and programs from the Cincinnati Zoo, as well as a play from The Children’s Theater of Cincinnati.  We also strive to create family friendly events open to the community, like our Back to School bash and Trunk or Treat night.  We work hard to make sure 100% of the proceeds from our fundraising events throughout the year return to our students.

Our upcoming Spring Carnival is the largest event of the year providing these opportunities for our students which is why we are reaching out to community partners like yourself. Carnival brings in hundreds of families from the surrounding areas.  We offer food, carnival games in each classroom with prizes,  and the opportunity for  community building among staff and school families. Our silent auction and raffle baskets are a large part of our fundraising success that night.  We have various organizations and businesses like yours that generously provide monetary donations, gift cards, and/or physical products for us to include in our 40+ raffle baskets.
