Description

At Second Harvest of the Greater Valley, our mission is to fight hunger and bring hope to our neighbors in need. This year, we’re excited to host our Annual Chili Cook-Off Fundraiser on Saturday, April 12, 2025, at the Manteca Transit Center. This fun, family-friendly evening will feature delicious chili, an exciting raffle, and a live auction—all to support our work of providing resources to our community. We invite you to support our effort to make a meaningful impact in our community. Donate a raffle item or service, make a monetary donation, or attend the Chili Cook-Off to enjoy a fun-filled event while supporting a great cause. Your generosity is essential to the success of our mission! Donations will be recognized at the event, in our promotional materials, and on our website highlighting your support. To make a donation, simply return the enclosed donation form or visit our website by April 1, 2025. Donations will support our school partnership programs that provide meals to kids during the summer months. Hunger impacts over 60,000 children in San Joaquin and Stanislaus counties. Your contribution, whether it's a monetary gift, a donated item, or your attendance at the Chili Cook Off helps us continue these essential services. Together, we can ensure that our community has access to the resources they need. If you have any questions, please contact Jennifer Mora at Jemora@secondharvest.org. Thank you for making a difference! With gratitude, Jennifer Mora Jennifer Mora Director of Development and Communications 209-490-5166 Jemora@secondharvest.org
