Hello! We are the volunteers with the Coalport Community Decorating Committee. We are hosting the 2025 Coalport Street Fair, which is held the third Saturday in June. We have a Kids’ Korner with a petting zoo and inflatable bounce houses and slides, live local entertainers, craft vendors, food trucks, a parade and a “Giant Crazy Auction”. This event is our biggest fundraiser of the year.

Even with the co-operation of the generous gifts from the dozen local business in our small rural town, we must reach out to out-of-town businesses, museums, amusement parks and centers and request your help. Can you donate admission passes or vouchers, promotional items, gift certificates, etc. for the “Giant Crazy Auction”?

The mission of the Coalport Community Decorating Committee, formerly known as the Christmas Lighting Fund started prior to 1966 has continued, we strive to beautify our town and to replace and maintain Coalport’s Christmas lights for the young and old of our community to enjoy. We have been branching out to bring additional activities to the kids and families throughout the year to the community.

Sponsors, donors and volunteers are recognized in a tri-fold flyer that is handed out to visitors at the local businesses and to attendees of the Street Fair. The tri-fold flyer is also posted on our website and social media page. The contributions from small and large businesses like yours helps to keep our special day an ongoing success! We greatly appreciate your contribution!
