As the Cobb Public Safety Charity Golf Classic Co-Chairs, we invite you to support the 22nd Anniversary of our annual golf tournament which benefits Safe Kids Cobb County and the Cobb County Safety Village. Each year, the event takes place on Columbus Day, Monday October 13th, 2025, each year. 

Safe Kids Cobb County is a not-for-profit coalition of local agencies and volunteers who work diligently to reduce accidental childhood injuries. Money raised by the tournament will be used to provide thousands of local children with essential services, such as individualized vehicle safety car seat checks, bicycle safety rodeos, safety equipment distribution and numerous community safety education programs. Last year, from your support, Safe Kids was able to provide impactful programming to the community and safety equipment to families in need:

• Over 515 car seats distributed to families in need

• 350+ safe sleep infant wearable blankets distributed

• 250+ bike helmets provided to children

• Over 146 child safety education events in Cobb County

• 14,500+ children and adults received injury prevention education

The Cobb County Safety Village’s mission is to provide the highest quality safety education and training available. This effort enables our citizens to help protect themselves and others from accidental death, injury, and destruction of property. Each year, more than 23,000 children visit to engage in interactive safety education to help them prevent or effectively respond during a crisis.

This fun and worthy event consistently receives rave reviews and sells out fast - with a beautiful course, great food and drinks, fun activities along the course and the best golf silent auction and wine wall in town! We also use the tournament to thank our first responders for the important work they do each day to keep our children safe.
