Since 2013, Congregation Beth Israel (CBI), one of Northeast Tarrant County’s only synagogues, has been hosting a casino night in January to raise funds to support charitable organizations in our community and some of CBI’s own endeavors. CBI’s mission and values include the concept of Tikkun Olam, healing the world. CBI is a place that fosters a proactive approach to enhancing the Dallas/Fort Worth community and the world at large. Our Casino Night event is part of this commitment. To this end, our Casino Night fundraiser supports not just CBI, but also three vital community organizations: Grapevine Relief and Community Exchange (GRACE), Jewish Family Services of Fort Worth & Tarrant County (JFS), and the Jordan Elizabeth Harris Foundation. All of these organizations are improving the lives of individuals and families in our community, and it is an honor to be able to support them.
