The Prince Frederick Volunteer Fire Department (PFVFD) will host our 11th Annual Hunters Bash on September 13, 2025. This event is the single largest fundraiser for our department.  We partner with our local chapter of the national organization Ducks Unlimited.  The two organizations work together to host the event, and share the costs and profits 50/50. Funds raised from this event are used to obtain and maintain equipment, supplies and training needed to perform emergency response duties in our community.  The event averages 750+ in person attendees, and thousands more in raffle ticket sales and online auction participants. A large part of the event is our online auction, which is viewed by people all over the state of Maryland and beyond. We are fortunate that many of our attendees have disposible income, and willingly spend money to support not only our department, but the businesses and organizations that support our event. We live in a more rural area, and our community members often travel to other parts of Maryland, Washington DC, Virginia, Pennsylvania, Delaware and beyond. This is especially true for recreational activities, restaurants, sporting events, concerts, etc. Businesses that are able to donate to our event will be able to reach a wide audience with our attendees, online viewers and supporters. Donation received will be used as auction items, or as prizes for the in-person games at the event.
